Lanzhou held First China Waterwheel Festival

The First China Waterwheel Festival was opened at Lanzhou Waterwheel Park
on Sept. 22nd. Located at the southern bank of the Yellow River on
Binhedong Road on the hundred li (50 km) scenic line along the Yellow
River, the park built six sets of 12-wheel waterwheels and is the site of
the historical "waterwheel park."
