Duck, which is a rarity in traditional Italian fare, is one of the
signature dishes at Toscana-roasted duck wrapped in pineapple.
Seasoned with Italian vinegar, it pleases the palate with its sour and
spicy flavors. Then there is another fusion dish-pasta seasoned with
Shanghai soy sauce blended with diced spring onion, just like the locals
do. The aroma of spring onion blends perfectly with the flavors of spicy
peppers.
